      • Contact phone number for communication purposes (always required),
      • Any other non-personal data related to your appointment, e.g. your pet’s details.

  6. The website will not sell or disclose Personal Data to third parties contrary to applicable law. Your data may be shared with entities cooperating with the website only to the extent you have consented to and where necessary to perform a contract with us or to deliver our services. In particular, our technology partner providing online appointment services is Microsoft, headquartered in Redmond, USA.

  8. We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy. Changes may result from technological developments, amendments to data protection law, and especially the ongoing development of our website—including changes to or addition of partners who provide various services for or with us. We will inform you of any changes in a visible and clear manner.
  9. The website may contain links to other websites. Such websites operate independently from us and are not controlled or supervised by us. These sites may have their own privacy policies and terms and conditions, which we recommend reviewing. This applies in particular to the policies and terms of partners providing payment and transport services for us.
